On Thursday the 21st the year 7 girls went to play badminton trials at the Leisure Center.
On the 22nd of May a police officer, Robbie Noggler came in the school to talk about cyber-safety and cyber-bullying. We learnt about how to keep our social media accounts safe and secure.
On Monday the 13 of April the 6-8s had a guy come in. His name is Tony Thompson. He is a writer he wrote a book called Vampires.He spoke to us about how easy it is to write a book about them. He said if you ask these 5 questions then all you need to do is fill in the blanks.
1:Who is your Vampire? 2:Who is you Victim? 3:What powers does you Vampire have? 4:Who is you Vampire Slayer/hunter? 5:How does your Vampire die? He also told us about how he meet a Vampire. He said he was in a room with three people a girl a Vampire and him. The Vampire said he went to court and he won the argument and now he is legally a Vampire so it was a really fun day At Staughton Vale we played games such as:
PC1 went for the bush walk. PC2 went to Bluearth and PC3 went to Tribes Activities. My grade had a really fun time when we played 'hunter' because hunter is our most fave Bluearth game ever. |
